Yes. Every Iris therapist holds a current Thai massage licence, clears a background check, and is assessed by us in person before she takes a booking. You are always getting a vetted professional, never a random name off an app.
Yes. We photograph every therapist ourselves, so the person in the picture is the person at your door. It is the simplest way we can promise no surprises.
Of course. Tell us her name when you book and we will arrange her if she is working that night. If she is not free, we will suggest someone with the same speciality so the session is just as good.
Tell us what your body needs, a sore back, trouble sleeping, a long flight, and we send the therapist whose speciality fits. You do not need to know the difference between the treatments. Matching them is our job.
Most speak comfortable English, enough to handle the booking and the session with ease. If you would prefer Thai or another language, mention it when you message us and we will match accordingly.
